Discovery
We start by understanding your goals, priorities, and how you want the project to feel. This includes a review of your plans, contracts, and budget so we can identify risks and opportunities before construction begins.

Setup
We establish the tracking systems, communication rhythm, and baseline budget that will guide the entire project. Clear structure early on prevents most of the expensive surprises later.

Active Oversight
Throughout construction we provide regular progress and budget reporting, independent invoice reviews, and ongoing visibility so you always know where things stand.

Issue Resolution
When change orders or problems arise, we evaluate the impact on cost and schedule and help you make informed decisions. We act as your advocate to keep the project moving in the right direction.
Our Story
After going through two of my own custom home builds, I learned the hard way how stressful and expensive the process can become when you don’t have proper oversight. With years of hands-on construction experience and PMP certification, I created Anchor Build Management to give homeowners the visibility, budget control, and peace of mind I wish I had.
